Shanae Bullock has been in property management for over 13 years and began her career as a temporary employee for a property management company. While working as a temporary employee, Shanae fell in love with every aspect of Property Management and decided she wanted to do this full-time. She started establishing relationships with owners and tenants which took her career to higher levels. She has won property of the year several times and has a proven track record of maximizing property revenue, minimizing vacancies, and fostering positive tenant relationships. Shanae decided to utilize her skills and knowledge to finally open her own Property Management Company where she can fully provide her owners and residents the treatment that they deserve.
In addition, Shanae has managed well over 6000 units. She has many experiences with different types of properties, including, but not limited to; condo buildings, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, single-family homes, row houses, Section 8 residents, and low-income housing programs, she knows that your investment is important to you.

Shanae now serves as an Associate Board member on the IREM Foundation board where she is able to give back and make a difference in the housing market.
